Even though everybody talked shit on here, I want to share my pics now that I'm done cutting. I'm right now at 180lbs and 4.5% bodyfat.

My strength is still the same however, not really much difference. Squatting 350lbs for sets, deadlifting 405lbs for reps.

I'm not happy with especially my calves and arms. I think I also need a lot more back width, for the back double biceps.

I'm gonna start bulking again when I get back from vacation at about mid August.

Here is the final result:

Nice work! Huge difference. Keep focusing on all over size gains. Not just arms. They don't seem to be out of proportion with your body. Again nice job!

@NeedtoGrow: I sure am aiming for overall size gains. Well in the pictures my arms seem to be in proportion, but I don't know, it may be a personal thing but I think they're kind of lacking. Especially compared to my back and delts.

@Chief Iron Bear: I said this in my post lol... I went from 92kgs to 80kgs, that's from 202lbs to 180lbs approximately. I did it in two months. I did have a personal nutritionist, he is awesome and did a great job. I just followed the diet to a T, and the results speak for themselves. It's all about the dedication and discipline.

Are you at 4.5% -----Simple answer no, your legs tell the story there.

Did you lose a lot of fat....Yes and i will give you your due credit and say i'm impressed with your progress. And you know how hard it was for me to say that.

Well the body caliper doesn't lie... I guess it's just a bad picture, because of the horrible webcam lighting. You can clearly see I'm that low judging from my back pics and my abdominals.

Im gonna say your not quite 4.5% bf. Not to take anything away from you bro, you lost a load of fat. Good work, id bulk up quite a bit before stripping down so far next time.

In my opinion you were nowhere near big enough for such a drastic cut. I will add that you lost an impressive amount of fat given the time span.

Thanks for all the comments everybody! Why do people doubt my fat percentage? Coincidentally the people who were bashing me the last time also hmm...
4 - 4.5% is what the body caliper said. And it's 99% accurate. I also measure a couple of times and take the average.

i wouldn't worry about it bro. yu are very lean, much leaner than 98% of the people here. my bf% is around 10%. when i measure with my calipers, it always shows me to be 6-7%. i am not that low. how do you physically feel when your bf is that low? do you feel good or do you feel tired and run down?

You are leaner than me. Thats for damn sure. However I agree with the group here. Calipers are not to be trusted on one measurement, but you said you did multiple measurements, so you are close to the right number. Great work.
