This is the cycle that I am starting today (Monday, November 7, 2005). I am the type that makes adjustments throughout a cycle, but as of right now, this is the plan:

Weeks 1-12 = 1 Amp Omnadren Shot ED (250mgs per)
Weeks 1-8 = 75mgs Tren Suspension ED

Weeks 2-17 = 500ius Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) Mondays and Thurdays

Weeks 9-17 = 75mgs Boldenone Suspension ED
Weeks 13-17 = 200mgs Testosterone Suspension ED

Ancillary Drugs/Supplements Run Throughout: .5mgs EOD Arimidex, 200mgs Vitamin B6, Liv52, Tribulus
(I have Bromo on hand as I always do when running nadrolone/tren)

PCT: Day 1 - 300mgs clomid, 20mgs nolva, .5mgs Arimidex
Day 2-21 - 100mgs clomid, 20mgs nolva, .5mgs Arimidex EOD
Day 22-35 - 50mgs clomid, 20mgs nolva

Stats: Height 5'8". Weight: 260lbs approximately. Body fat: around 20% Training: 11 years+. Age: 26.

Goal for this Cycle: STRENGTH!!! Probably will drop some body fat as well, as I won't be eating for absolute mass. Good times.

I reduced the dosages of the tren and boldenone as per the advice of some of my learned members. I am more then willing to raise them (or lower them) if I feel the need, but this is one of the adjustments that I'll be making as it goes along.

As for the sources of the gear:

Omnadren: Human Grade
Trenbolone Suspension: Innovagen and then Home Brew from a friend.
Testosterone Suspension: Orbit and Vet Grade
Boldenone Suspension: Innovagen (damn it, I have to order more!!!)
HCG: Chorulon (Vet Grade)
Clomid: LTL and Human Grade
Nolva: Human Grade
Arimidex: Liquid Labs
Bromo: Human Grade

I'll try to make entries in the journal every day or at least every other day.

Monday, Week One.

So this is only the second time that I have used amps. I bought an amp opener because I thought it might make the process easier to get them open (not that it's overly difficult to begin with). Well, it took me about 5 seconds to crack the amp. None of the oil was lost, but I think I'll just go back to using my thumb. It's much easier.

So I shot the Omnadren in my left delt. No problem. I then shoot the tren suspension in my right delt. Holy hell. Bad times. During the injection it was pretty much fine, but as soon as the needle was out, the pain set in.

Now, I tend to think of myself as quite able to deal with injection pain rather well. Prop is nothing, and even the sting that Chorulon provides is more annoying then painful. But man, for the first 5 minutes or so the pain I had in my delt was wacky. It wasn't making me scream or anything, but the dull burning and aching that set in was something else. After a few minutes it began to subside and I went along my marry way. After about 30 minutes I kept lifting my arm, but the deep pain was still there.

So about an hour after the injection, there was just the dull pain that you might experience from prop. Nothing bad at all. So I went to the gym and trained shoulders (Yeah yeah, not the greatest planning but it worked out well). Training went great with the injection pain not hampering it at all.

So, now it's about 5 hours after the injection and 1.5 hours after training and my delt only has a tiny bit of soreness right at the injection site. The lab sent me some benzocaine if the pain was too much, but I doubt I'll use it. Now that I know what to expect, I should be fine. However I'm planning on doing a quad shot tomorrow. I know to expect to be off my feet for at least an hour, so it shouldn't be a problem.

So far so good.

Tuesday, Week One

Alright, today's tren shot went much better. So much so, now I feel like a pussy for writing what I did in my first entry. Ah well. I shot the tren in my left quad. There was still some soreness for about the first hour after the injection when I flexed it, but that's it. Quads shots are never a problem for me, but this was still a pleasant surprise. Hopefully this keeps up.

This was so reassuring that I'm planning on doing a bicep shot tomorrow with it. I just don't want to be pushing my luck. I haven't done a bicep shot in years and now I'll be shooting my test in one and the tren in the other. Yipee.

Other then that, my workout today was great. Felt strong and was really motivated. Everything is looking up.

Wednesday, Week One

So I did my bicep injections today. I first did my Omnadren shot in my left bicep. As an aside, now I remember why I don't like amps. I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to dosing and the fact that you waste even a tiny bit of the oil when loading the syringe out of an amp drives me crazy. The plunger might be just under the 1 mL mark, but that still irritates me to no end. Oh well.

Anyways, used a 25 guage needle for the shot and everything went smoothly. I forgot how much slower shooting with a 25 guage is compared to a 23 guage, which I used exclusively with my last cycle. However, the shot was no problem with no pain.

Now, on to the tren suspension. So after one very painful injection and one not so painful injection, I was a little wary of shooting the stuff into my bicep. I went back and forth on whether I should just shoot it in my other quad or just go ahead and shoot it in my bicep. I decided that since I was training legs today, and then I would be shooting it in my triceps or pecs tomorrow when I am training chest, I had better just go ahead and shoot it in my bicep and see how it goes.

The injection went smooth and there was minimal pain. Once it was completed, the soreness began but it was only really sore when I stretched or flexed the muscle for about ther first 30-45 minutes. After that, no real problem. Went and had a great workout. Felt strong at the gym and right now both my biceps are slightly sore at the injection sites, but just really minimal stuff.

Saturday, Week One

The bicep shot for my tren was not sore at all the day after. However the Omnadren was sore as hell for a couple of days. Today it was fine, but for the past two days it was pretty sore. I think I'll wait a while to shoot it in my calf like I had planned. I want to see if it was just a bad shot or if it will actually cause some problems for me. I don't want to be messing with my calves.

The other shots have been fine. Did chest today with no difficulty, etc. Motivation is high at the gym and my weights feel good. No real strength gains as of yet but definitely feel good when I'm lifting. The soreness from the shots did not effect my workouts.

glad to see everything is reletively good. I know what you mean about the amps and leaving oil in them, fucking drives me nuts! lol!

Hey aboot thanks for sharing your cycle progress, it helps a lot to know the details of someone with your experience

Just curious at that size are you on some type of Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) year round?

No, lucky for me I don't mind carry some fat around with me year round so maintaining muscle mass has never been much of a problem for me. No need to be running something year round to maintain size. Losing body fat? Well, that's another story.

Sunday, Week One

So it's been a week, here are my thoughts.

I've pretty much become resigned to the fact that I will have soreness in at least 60% of my body parts at all times due to injection pain. Not a big deal but definitely something to get used to. The injections have gone fine and nothing out of the ordinary has happened, but we'll see what I say after 17 weeks of this.

No side effects yet, but that is to be expected at this point. Sleeping fine (when I have the time), no tren cough, no sweats. Maybe they'll come, maybe they won't. From the last time I ran tren I don't remember suffering anything really debilitating so I guess we'll wait and see.

I start Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) tomorrow. No real atrophy yet, but I like to jump on the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) bandwagon before it starts. Yipee.

So nothing spectacular but that's what the first week is all about. Here comes Week Two...

Tuesday, Week Two

Yesterday I shot my Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for the first time this cycle. The sting of Chorolun is nothing now that I've been shooting tren suspension for over a week. Like I said in a previous post, I had no testicular atrophy yet but wanted to get things going before it started. It's been my usual protocol to begin Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) in the first or second week of all of my cycles.

Did my first calf injection in years. Went well with only a tiny bit of post-injection soreness. Of course it was the Omnadren that I shot. There's no way I'd tempt my sanity with suspension. I shot the tren in my bicep. It's funny how 3 minutes after I pull the needle out a warm, painful soreness sets in. But then 45 minutes later it's barely anything. To top things off, about 2 hours after I finished injecting I went and trained arms and calves. So that goes to show that the injections are no problem at all.

Since I've used all of my regular injection sites already, I'm beginning to think about doing some other ones. Traps would be easy but I just can't get my head around the thought of injecting straight into a vein and it going straight to my brain. It's just one of the mental things I have to get over.

Training has been going well. My joints and tendons feel better then they have in a long time. I doubt this has anything to do with being back on cycle, but it sure is great timing.

Lots of shots and lotsa pain but im sure at the end of the cycle the results will be great.Keep on posting Aboot.Cant wait to know what miracle happens on 1750mg omna ew.If im not mistaken omna and sust are almost alike, right?

Wednesday, Week Two

So I tried doing a glute shot today using Mr. Mondo's technique (over at IFL) to help and spread out my injection sites. I was standing and went to push the needle in, but it was not going to work. My muscle was flexed and I couldn't reach properly with the needle. But not to be discouraged, I just laid down on my couch and jabbed myself in my other glute, attempted to aspirate (although I couldn't really see anything) and injected. It seemingly went fine so I guess I'll try to keep shooting in my glutes until the "jab and hope for the best" technique turns sour.

I still have yet to notice any visible side effects expected from the tren or test. No acne, oily skin, night sweats, emotional reactions, etc. Feel pretty good. Workouts have been good with my strength remaining fairly stable, but my muscles seem to be a bit fuller then normal which is a good sign.

My joints and tendons still feel good so I may try and go heavier then I have been recently when I work my chest tomorrow. I haven't noticed any shoulder discomfort for the last couple of weeks. I won't be going all out, but hopefully I'll be able to at least challenge myself a little.

A mirror might help...
It'll take time but when the gear kicks in you'll be on top of the world.
