Advice Needed For Beginner in LA

I am thinking of trying first cycle with Decca in the next month. I'm not sure what dosage to use and if I should do it for the full 8 weeks or not. My stats: 34years old, male, 5'3", 125lbs, 10% bodyfat. My goal is to bulk up a little and shed some bodyfat. I heard 2 mg/pound on a per week basis. That comes to 250mg per week for me. Does that sound about right? Also, should I do it for the full 8 weeks?

ALSO...I was checking around and a site mentioned 1 amp = 50mg amps. If my dosage is 250 mg per week, then does that mean I would need 5 amps per week? I'm a bit confused about the whole amp measurement system.

Anyway, would appreciate any and all advice. Also, would appreciate any advice from someone in LA to perhaps help me out locally. Thanks for taking the time to read and perhaps reply.

ummm....how long you been training? first cycle should be test at 400-500mg/week for 8-10 weeks (saving stone cold the trouble :))
don't do deca by itself, just do test for your first cycle...

How long have you been training? 125 is a low body weight. Test would be better that deca for a first cycle.

I've been weightlifting for years but only casually. (i.e. 3 times per week...sometimes more, sometimes less) Yeah, I'm pretty small framed guy and I'm not looking to get super big at all. I think optimally I would like to put on 10 lbs of muscle (perhaps a little more) and lose 3 to 4 percentage points of bodyfat.

When you say "test" is better, what do you mean exactly?

test=testosterone. Bro if you only want to gain 10lbs I'd up my calorie intake. If you've been lifting on and off your not ready to juice you need 2 years of steady training, to strenghten your joint and tendons.

My caloric intake is pretty low. Less than 2000 per day for sure.

I guess my plan was to use some sort of AS to sort of push me to the level I want to be in a relatively short amount of time. I'm really wanting to tone up and increase my muscle size a bit. My physique, although not amazing, is still pretty decent. My plan was to do the Decca for like 4 or 5 weeks and if I reached where I wanted to be pretty much end it there. I had a friend do it like that and had really great results. He did DBol or something like that for about 5 weeks. He didn't get huge but toned up and put on a little body mass which reallly looked good. Was hoping to accomplish the same thing I guess.

Less then 2000, up that to 3000-3500 do a 4 or 5 day training split and see what happens. If you start to gain and they stop after awhile up your calories again.

Bro juice isn't a magic drug that makes you eat right or go to the gym more, it doesn't work like that, it's only and aid to an already good diet, training and recovery program.

Methyl 1-Test

I am under the (false?) impression that the

'research chemichal' METHYL 1-TEST is similiar

in chemichal structure to D-bol.

Any Idea? I've been offered this stuff relatively cheap. :confused:
 
I guess I was just really impressed with my friends progress on it. He had worked out pretty steadily like I had for the past year or so. Then he did the Dbol and he really started turning heads. It wasn't a big change but it certainly pushed him to a new plateau. Should work for me as well.

I don't know about the chemical structure but methyl test is simply an oral form of testosterone. It is fairly toxic to the liver and to me it is totally useless since I can inject testosterone that will be relatively benign at reasonable doses.
 
Johnny is right. Get serious about your training and diet before you consider steroids. You have plenty of potential to grow and to achieve your goals naturally. If you surpass those goals, decide to set new ones, and end up reaching a pleateau, then it may be time to try steroids.
 
Food bro. Use the K.I.S.S. approach, keep it simple stupid, not a flame at all this is a serious approach. Up your calories and read up on all the steroid profiles here so when you are ready you will know your options well.
