Any Ladies in here 50+ years old?

Don't let the number scare you.... I don't look or act my age. I'm even a granny of two little ones.

I've been reading forums here and there and don't seem to find other women my age on the boards let alone my age running a cycle.

I just wanted to throw this out there since we have the lovely process of menopause. I've had a hysterectomy 15yrs ago, never needed Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). Just trying to sort out whether it's the Var or whacky menopause issues that makes me want to unload on idiots in my way LOL. Things are allot different after turning 50. I find I have to work twice as hard to manage what I had no problem maintaining when I was 40+

I know there are several in their 40's but I won't be the one to call them out. On another site there are a few ladies in their mid to late 50's still kicking serious ass in the gym!

Now guys we have at least 10 in that age range but most of us with the exception of PhatBastard have never been through menopause. He claims to have gone through it twice, I dunno

I just turned 35 Pandie, but I think is great that you feel & look younger than your age & that you are kicking a$$ in the gym...

hey girl,50 is just a number,doesnt mean anything,i myself am 46 and i dont act or feel my age,actually most of the time i feel like i did when i was in my 20's,and im familiar with what you are experiencing,through other family members,and from other forums ive been on and read,most people dont feel thier age anyway,its the way you look at life,i try and always look at it as positive

I'll tell you what: she shamed a group of 5 boys on the sled yesterday. Weight, reps and form made 5 boys look bad, real bad.

It's pretty typical we are the only ones sweating . . .well Pandie glows and I sweat, but what a bunch of pussies in gyms these days. Gear or no gear we both train hard and shows through our clothes.

The correctly dosed Var is the smoking gun causing the "kill mode". 15mgs of real 15mgs is going to 10 starting today.
