No. I take it for 5 days on 2 off, 5 on 2 off, 5 on 2 off, 7 days of ben, 7 nothing, repeat.
The whole time I taper, first 5 is 30/30/40/40/60, second 5 40/40/60/60/80, third 5 60/80/100/120/120
Thats at least what works for me. Its what I have done the last few times but It took me a few tries to dial that in until I like it. Im sure there are guys doing things completely diffrent and it works for them. In hindsight I guess the main reason I began to mess with it was due to headaches near the end of doing 14 straight. If you don't get those then you may not worry about it
