Anyone want a cheap Mantaray?

I got sent 2 by mistake and they told me that since it's their bad I get to keep it...bought it for walking BB lunges. It's the "back" version.

Never tried one do they work well? i wont be doing squats for a while but curious all the same

I don't use it much with squatting unless it's for high reps (15 or more). I like it for lunges b/c it allows me to balance myself better.

Doc if it was the type for front squats I'd take it, 250 pounds freaking kills my delts by the 12th rep. I keep the bar lower on my shoulders so doing standard sqauts isn't a problem.

How do you like the "back" Manta? Bros on other boards that have them love them.

Manta squats with a narrow stance are an awesome quad excersise...VMO in particualr.

I hear ya there, front squats are very uncomfortable for me. I like using it for back squats but I feel like I'm cheating if I use it for PBs so I don't.
