Cardio & calves.

Leg press calf raise x 4

Seated smith toe raise 1 leg - 4 sets

Seated smith toes raise 2 leg 1 x 50

Standing smith calf x 4

Recombinant bike 30min on level 12 which had my HR just below 140 . Good spin! Legs felt nice afterward and burned over 300 cals.

May be able to hit abs this afternoon and maybe some more cardio?

Looks like I'm losing some weight after discontinue dbol. Will get a proper weight tomorrow morning.

Diet is getting a little better but I'm still not my best. Last night after sushi buffet I ate ice cream which I didn't need cause I was stuffed from sushi. But I definitely have developed a bad habit that at least I'm aware of . And want to handle it. So I'm doing that slowly.
 
Well rich panini eats a 1400 Cal ben&jerrys every night and is jacked so I think ur good, lol. If I have a sweet tooth I opt for froyo no toppings

Check out Arctic zero or Halo if u don't mind the price you can eat a pint for 150 to 300 cals.
It's not real ice cream but it pretends to be very well.

Update: to busy with work today to get in another workout like abs and more cardio.

Lol yea I've tried them they're ok. Think the best one is the halo. I don't know how in the world that guy has a 6 pack with a diet of ice cream and habit burgers. Bizarre fellow.

Decline DB pullover x 3 these are great! With a challenging weight and all the bloodletting rushing to your head better make sure your BP is in check!

Cable V bar tri push downs x 3 last set a dropset. Went heavy again and made alot of loud grunts and screams. Left elbow felt sore while doing em.

Cable single arm reverse grip tri extensions. X 3 sets

Pec dec x 3 really had a mind Muscle connection here. Chest felt like it would explode !
I know pec dec isn't a go to mass builder but for me it's a big part of my chest development. Dare I say more than a bench press :-/ ?

Drenched in sweat and felt like an animal today fuck yeah!

Diet pretty light all day till I got home. I been saving an 85% dark chocolate bar to get my healthy Flavinoids and antioxidants... well after eating homemade shrimp and veggies Chinese that had like 4 shrimp so clearly not enough animal flesh I crushed the whole chocolate bar.... it was my de-stress snack.
Woe is me I need help haha!

Going out for steak tonight. Friend of mine got a new job so we celebrate!

Starting tomorrow no off the plane eating snacking or cheating until thanks giving!
I am only eating 6 to 7 meals that look like the way I am supposed to eat.
Green tea, coffee and sugar free jello to help me out.

This post is just random thought bullshit that may be nothing more than a rant and possibly poison for your brain.
Don't read it if you only care about my training and diet and gear I'm doing.....

At work and around in my social life I get these guys.... never women... women always are cool...but guys start talking shit. It always starts well but I know after years where it winds up.... me having either walk away or tell someone to stfu or blast em to hell.
They always ask ... so what do you eat? How often you train? When do you wake up? So giving the benefits of the doubt and hoping this guy really wants advice I tell em what they wanna know.
But with in say 5 min. They say...egg whites? Grilled/steamed chicken? Oh don't you know we are all gonna die anyway? Why not live a little? Why not enjoy life and eat more fun foods that actually taste good? (That's the one that gets me) like as if I eat nasty tasting food like I'm an idiot.

Funny story. This guy comes over with his family one day. His wife is friends with mine. I have very little in common with him so I guess his way of bonding was to basically go on and on about eating pita chips . He said I should have a few cause one day I will be in the hospital dying and say " oh I should have ate a pita chip"... I couldn't take it anymore so I snapped and ripped him.
I said dude I ain't gonna be thinking about pita chips like a faggot... I'm gonna think about all the fine ass I got cause I had a jacked up frame and abs... get real.
Yes I said that in front of my wife which required some smooth talking later lol!
Then I proceedEd to eat his entire bag of chips in one shot ! I said they were deelish thanks alot. I'm not sure he likes me no more. Those chips where like 5 bucks from Whole Foods. Made with the finest organic multi grains in the land!

He didn't know.... it was my cheat day. It was like 1000 calories and quintillion carbs and sodium thru the roof! But hey he wanted me to eat em so there you go pal...done did!
I did have to change my diet plan for the day tho and ate grilled chicken and veggies instead of the cheeseburgers I was gonna grill on the BBQ.

Getting back to my first half of this post. When someone says you know your not gonna live for ever.....eat some (insert junk food here) . I ask... do you take bp meds or cholesterol meds? Chances are good they take cholesterol meds.
Yeah I take cholesterol meds they say.
What for I ask?
Well I have high cholesterol.
So I say well wtf? Your not gonna live forever so why take em?

I read it online that when they say "cmon LIVE A LITTLE and eat some junk food!" You grab em by there fat beer belly and shake it really hard and say looks like you been LIVING ALOT!
Then pull up your shirt and show em your six (ok maybe 4 pack).

I don't care how someone else lives. I don't sit there and ask how many Hostess cup cakes they eat or how there post pizza shake is a vanilla or chocolate shakes. Don't care. Don't give a rats ass.
But when they start getting all analytical on me asking me questions then try that non sense I say I can't allow it at this time. Either learn or burn buddy!

Anyways I was cracking up reading the pita chip story and I totally relate to you the guys at work that have watched my transformation over the last couple years are annoying as fuck with their comments sometimes. Still laughing at that you should post up some rants more often sure you'll get 20 likes for that one

On this board we all have this common in our lives right..... they are jealous. But it's interesting cause keep your eyes and ears open and you'll see. One day a guy comes in to work with a salad or chewing nicotine gum or said he is cutting drinking cause his Dr said they are at high risk. Or a younger guy comes in and says he joined a gym and you find out his girl friend dumped him. Now he has to lose 25 lbs cause he has to find some one new.

Ok like I said today starts me getting my diet back to snuff. The train came off the tracks a little but it's not too late to get it back on.
Due to events in my life that have put enormous stress on me I took refuge in eating more. Mostly at night as a way to unwind and help me get to sleep. All this eating was clean tho. But then it started to get dirty. And more sugar. And more frequency.
Time to slap myself silly and get myself in the right gear.

Oats with EW and spinach

Same again

Chix with veggie

Tuna with veggie and rice

Chix with veggie

Salmon with veggie and rice

Protein shake

Greek yogurt or cotta cheese

Sugar free jello to fill the sad lonely void in my soul .... lol!
 
Eating went well yesterday. It didn't go exactly to plan but I ate throughout the day with out going overboard. And I didn't feel too hungry or shitty or hangry... all good.
Yesterday menu looked like this...

Woke up had coffee (with agave and half n half) wound up 2 hrs fasted with 30min cardio.

7 EW plus 1 whole egg with baby spinach
3/4 c oats
Super greens drink

Isopure whey shake w/ water
Took kid to the park and stopped for a Turkish coffee with agave and cream.

Friend met me at the park with his kids and forced a chicken finger on me.

Lunch was a bowl of homemade chicken/veggie soup.

After nap around 3 had 2 stalks celery and approx. 4 tbls. Of organic PB
And another coffee with agave and half n half

Dinner was about 6 bbq drumsticks (I don't eat the skin) with a homemade corn chowder and Brussel sprouts.

Some walnuts/green tea

Decaf green tea

Some cotta cheese

This should definitely be under 3000 cals.
I didn't defy the gods and eat junk.

Today is gonna be a tough day for a Sunday. Have many things to do and I have to get legs in.
We shall see how it goes.

My left knee is feeling lots better nowadays but not 100%. I notice some soreness after doing smith standing calves.
I also did some bw squats just to test the knee .... seemed good.

Friday afternoon hit some back...

Narrow grip seated row x 3
Reverse back flies machine x 3

DB hammer curls x 3
Cable curls x 3

Upright row x 2.

Houston we have a problem....

My BP has been up. 140ish over 90 ish and I'm taking .25 to .5 mg adex e3d as well as 5 to 10mg of cialis. And I also take other supps like magnesium citrate and what not.

I'm so stressed and so tired . I get myself worked up easily now. Just typing this I feel the anxiety build.
My mother was put into the hospice program almost 4 weeks ago and she is getting worse and worse by the day. I have been working and living at my mom's and then come home to visit my family here and there.
I thought I was under control and had a grip but I guess not.
I am going to the Dr. Today .
I guess I will have to drop to trt and go on some meds.
Sucks cause I was doing well in the gym despite my diet being off too.
Un less maybe see if bp/anxiety meds help me and I can continue rolLing along on test 200/deca 750

No training today I guess. Gotta the dr in 1 hr from now. See what he says.
