I think i'd like to try to make my own beef jerky too cuz I just love it. I just don't like all the sodium in it. :)

Oh! Get one of those dehydrators like I have. Very worth the money. If you don't want an extra appliance it can be done in the oven as well. I can get you a recipe.

I DO tend to get scatterbrained when food is mentioned don't I?

Newman's Own makes a very good Olive Oil vinagrette. You'd have to add some garlic and such into the recipe if you go with this one though. But it's oh so tastey.

The other day I made Italian hamburgers and they were really good. I just cooked the burgers with a little spaghetti seasoning, and when they were done, I topped them off with my homemade Italian dressing. Really simple and good....just an idea.
