Just to add to the "log"
I am still running my keto diet, with refeeds every 7-10 days, doing 25 mins of empty stomach am cardio and lifting for every muscle group once a week. Not going too crazy with my training because I am not really trying to grow, I am just wanting to loose some fat and retain the muscle I have.
