Thanks for the info iren, I take one shot at 8am and another around 430pm so its 8.5 hours apart which should be good.
the lighting is shitty in the pics, especially the second. but you can see your getting leaner. i'm not sure what kind of camera your using but try adjusting the controls it will take care of the lighting and the digital noise...good job!

Damn, your going to look good all leaned out! Keep up the good work. If you could take a pic of your stomach now and another in 4 weeks that would be great as well (I'm curious to see the results).
