Blondies Hgh/DNP Log

Hey Blondie - Did you ever try DomeBoro? It's OTC and it is a solution you mix up and put on irritated skin. It really drys it out so it doesn't itch. It's like ground up asperin and changes the PH of your skin. I usually do that and then when it's dry put on some lotion like Cervae.

Good luck!

I do know what that is but, that would be a terrible idea for this type of rash as it is already too dry. Benedryl and hyrdocortisone cream 1% is working well. It should be completely gone with in a few days. I have spoken with a lot of people who get this rash once and never get it again. I am hoping that is the case for me.

Well good luck with that - i know first hand it suks to get that shit - for me it's always nerves. the Cervae is great stuff tho if you need a moisturizer that isn't greasy. my derm suggested taking a shower or bath and then using it right away while the skin is still moist.

Unless I am imagining things, I swear I read you are starting finals. No idea how you ran DNP all the way up to them. Respect.

In all honesty I liked it, I am normally cold all the time. There were a few times when it was 30 degrees out and I was sweating profusely and probably looked a little odd, but fuck it. I enjoyed it. There was really no mental fatigue or anything.

Looking nice and tight. Keep up the good work :)

I recently started using Trentinoin 1% cream to help tighten up spots where I lost a lot of fat. It works awesome with unclez's blue top HGH!

My stomach has never been this flat. Its awesome.

I have also been slowly coming off of my birth control and I think that is helping with the fat loss. An added bonus to that is that my tits have gotten about a cup size bigger. The doc said thats common since I was on it for so long and on it through puberty. Only thing the doc can not tell me is how big they will get! lol

I increased the GH up to 5iu/day. Seems to be working much better, I am feeling it more. It has increased my appetite a bit, but I am not giving in. The Forged Burner Forged Burner has been helping with that a lot.

just joined and following the thread as i too will be starting hgh very soon....you look great and have had some awesome results.... curious tho... you were doing this in conjunction with a keto/low carb diet and heavy exercise... being a fellow competitor too i was just wondering if you have competed before and dieted down? and in our experience how much of a difference there is adding hgh. cuz i know with your hard work and that diet alone would make the fat melt off.... pls tell :)

I just started a thread about dosage but you might have answered my question. So you mixed 1ml of water in a 10iu vial and are taking.50 injection from 1ml insulin syringe? Thanks

No this was an example, females do not EVER need more than 4ius, and you should start at 1iu.

Dnp pct

One more thing..

To help with the water retention after the DNP cycle I took 10mg of nolvadex at bedtime for 7-10 days after my last dose of DNP.

Benadryl didn't work that well for me either. I was taking a few per day when I had the rash. My next run I used Zyrtec (which is OTC). I only needed 1 per day and I was able to use higher doses with no rash.

BTW, how come I can't see any progress pics? :(

I only got the rash one time and never again. So its no longer a problem for me.

From what I understand you did a straight cycle of 250mg each day? Was it crystal or powder?

Well in case you want to up the dose in the future, the rash might flare back up from the greater amount of histamine.

BTW what where your final results from the DNP? It sounds like you had an amazing cycle.

It was crytalline DNP. I have run it 3 more times and the rash never came back.

I am down 20 lbs total, but that is with carb cycling and doing cardio 6 days a week!

Does ant consideration need to be taken when cycling for our 'monthly" womans only cycle? Like does it help or hurt PMS?
