All this over a measly 250lb bench? Snigg, wheres YOUR vid?

my vid of what brah? what part of my chest day do you want me to film? ill post my routine and you can make a request i guess.

incline bb - 225x10 3sets
incline flies - 50lb db's x 10 2 sets
flat db - 105's or 110's x 8 3 sets
weighted dips - bw plus 90lbs x 10 3 sets
super set on the pec deck

currently at 5'10 185-190lbs.
 
lets stop changing the subject , tony does not seem to have any interest in this thread so i do not think we are going to get our vid, it would not be as impressive to see snigg video a 250lb bp unlike tony he does not have a body of a 12 year old girl
 
thats what 2 plates a side + the bar.
no problem. any more then that and i think i would push my spine out my asshole.

2 plates a side is 225. add another 10 and 2 1/2 on each side.

If he can rep that on a bb press ill be impressed. im certainly not gonna lie and say i can do it.
 
Why, you can't do that? It's a pretty common lift at my gym..

no i cant rep 250lbs on an overhead bb press. If you can, post a video. I find it hard to believe that it is a, "common lift" at your gym. Where do you train?
 
I'm sorry but if you're going to post up something that seems unbelievable than a call out thread is fine. Of course that poster doesn't have to prove anything to anyone but yes....I'm going to flame you for your bullshit plain and simple.

I work out at golds gym. I do 225x10 and 245x5 so I'm sure I can hit 250. I spotted aguy the other day doing 275x6.

whats your height and weight? If you can really do that with good range of motion, congrats, thats a strong lift. My best seated military press was 195x10 at a bodyweight of 180lbs.
