I know just how you feel...
I got rear ended by a guy who fell asleep. He hit me so hard the rear axle was bent to hell. I was not allowed to lift until the case was settled then workman's comp took my settlement anyway. I was so depressed I blew up to a slug like fat body. I am still on the long long road to getting back in shape which isn't easy at my age. Best of luck and get well soon.

Thanks for the support boys...it mean s a lot..and girls too..as my personal life tanked recently it is doubly helpful..
6 days in and other than walking on beach..and stretching at gym..no better...upper spine..neck..delt..upper lat where they all tie in is on fire..tried to weedeat my propery and I m stuck just like when I tried to pull a 655 dl in 1990 at 196...can t straighten up...unreal boys...fukkin hunchback ..look like a dog that been s beat too much.
Tried to swim at islands this weekend but overhand movements are lke ice pick s in my upper trap area..I can t get comfortable...burnt out on the meds...so constipated I got a beer belly.
My gp will look at me and maybe order an mri to bring with me to neuro doc...Stay tuned..thanks again

I doubt it, unless he is driving a $3000 car.
I had an $8000 car with $7000 damage that they fixed. I wanted it to be totaled out so bad. I'm sure the body shop wanted the work so they brought the estimate in just under the mark.

Don't get caught in the gym while involved in a personal injury lawsuit! It is not uncommon for an insurance company to hire a PI to take photos.
The amount of money you get is going to depend on both your insurance and his.
My experience with Florida no fault.....Years back my wife got hit on I95 and flipped her SUV 4 times and broke her neck while she was pregnant.
She's fine and I've got a beautiful baby girl out of it but the other drivers insurance was only good for 10K (one night in ICU). I am insured to the balls so I had to sue my own insurance company for 200K to pay for medical expenses.

Naw it s gonna be fixed...30k car if you include audi brake package and bigger turbo..paid it off 2 weeks ago...08 model..
She was in a new car...jewelry..etc...loaded.

13 day s after the wreck..no real changes..x ray s and mri s are inconclusive as I ve had 500 plus pounds on my back dozen s of tme s so of course there s some compression..following orders sort of..training sporadically..off the pain med s as they are only fun for like a week or so..runnin out of lace s to put all the shit..I don t do this recreationally...mostly..
Ab s are definately harder to pull out..got an ice cream, fried chicken and snicker s layer on em...fuck. It s the sendentary sitting around and thought s that are weighing on me.
Still ache when I stand or sit for to long..erect..walking and lying are OK..spine surgeon on wedensday..to see if it will alleviate pain and the tingling in my right arm...
Advice boy s dont get old ..or better yet..take of your self when your young gent s.

Damn man bad shit always happens to good guys. Have you tried deep tissue massage? That shit loosened me up after I got T-boned 4 years ago. Your sore like a mother for the next two days after but, it does straighten shit out. Course i kept going back... Massage therapist was a hot blonde and she was practically straddling me to work my back muscles loose. Hell if the other guys insurance was paying for it why not right?
