pullinbig said:kyle got shorter arms than me. but when i bench with that set up the chains come off the floor all but one. anyway it gets heavier the further you push. kinda like bands cept different. its more for shirted benchers. ill get some dead clips up tonight of chains and some squats next week using chains.
these work great for building top end strength, speed and stabilizers.
