actually bro you really dont need alot of this stuff....what you need to do is just eat...get yourself some protien for before and after workouts if you want to take some...bcaa's are great!...

sams has protien for 28$ for 5lbs....and the bcaa's I get are from tfsupplements.com

glutemine is just for recover and not bulking...

I love creatine... just straight cheap mono... No need for over priced sugars. It helps me run like a mother... I still can't kick the sprinting habit. I also love those cracked out pre-workout drinks.
