I lift weights 5-6 times a week.
Monday- regular bench
Tuesday- decline
Wednesday- incline
Friday- regular bench
Along with my chest exercises I work in a fair balance of arms, legs, back, and abs exercises, rarely getting sore in anything other than legs. Lately, I've been increasing my bench exercises by 5-10 punds every 3-4 weeks. The thing is, today, a man approach a smaller friend of mine that shares the same workout schedule as I and told him that he should only work his chest only once every three days. The man claims he has a doctor friend that lifts weight often and told him. Is what I'm doing ok, or should I switch my schedule according to this guy's advice?
