Controlled delivery x2?

Anyone ever heard or seen a CD take place twice? I ask because a friend received a package and the new mailman wanted him to sign for it. He said he wasn't expecting anything like that and refused it. The "new" mailman did not seem happy.

Fast forward 1-2 weeks later. The same package is brought again and the door banging begins. He saw it was the same package and did not go to the door. No package was left nor was there a slip left in his mailbox.

Does this sound like a 2nd CD attempt?

Definitely sounds like one, that's for sure. I'd tell him to clean house of all gear and gear related items, including his computer and lay low for a little bit when it comes to gear and what not.

i dont know, when i order from overseas i have to sign fot it and the way its shipped its does not come with my reg mail.

I got a pack, they asked for a sig, and it was from a mailman on foot... you knwo what i did?
i signed the pack and got me goods.

i didnt expect it to be sent regist and needing a sig. but mehh i guess thats how they sent it this time.

I always have to sign. I picked up a package of goodies today at the post office and needed to sign. I would play like i don't what it is. If you sign for it and you don't know what's in it first how can that even hold up in court. Its not like you look at the shipment first then sign.

Im never home for the signing, I get the slip and go pick it up with sig. Risk is always a factor... but just like Boston said.. how do you know what the fuck is in the pkg prior to opening it AFTER you sign.

On another note, I dont think they would set up a CD for some petty personal stuff. Order what you need.. I never order in bulk.. IMO that looks like intent to sell. If you're doing that.. I would clean house.

I wouldn't worry about it at all...
Youre probably just a little paranoid..
Maybe it was a package from some other purchase..
Did you order anything else recently or have something that never showed up? maybe its something you ordered a while ago and just showing up now.
I've heard of people receiving packs opened or even with a note from customs and still having items inside....Now THAT is something I would be paranoid about.

+1 I've always had to sign for my stuff from overseas. I think your friend got worked up over nothing. I've done it a million times. If it was his normal mail delivery person, he probably just refused his stuff and was worried for nothing. On the other hand, if he didn't recognize the person, it coulda been a CD. I doubt it was though just hearing what I've heard.
