Cramping?

Ok vacation is over, eating binges are over and ive now started to work on the 15+ lbs i put on during my 3 weeks off lol.

I started eating clean again about 3 days ago but for about the last week ivce been cramping like crazy. Mostly my calves and my neck. I know im not dehydrated, ive been eating a banana every day since it started and taking potassium supplements but wtf is going on? The calf cramps i can deal with since its usually at night but the neck cramps are unreal they just about bring me to my knees and people look at me like im nuts. I guess i make some pretty awkward moves trying to get the cramp out of my neck haha.

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Dehydration is not the #1 reason for cramping its only a contributor. Night leg cramps can be associated with an underlying disorder — such as peripheral artery disease or diabetes. Imbalances in the levels of electrolytes (sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium and phosphate) in the blood can also lead to muscle cramps. Their are so many factors. I would bet its your diet.

Alright well hopefully this will work itself out over the next few days because its been pretty bad over the past 3 days. I guess my body didnt like those eating binges

I would say if you keep experiencing these types of cramps go visit your doctor ASAP. There could be something internally that is going on.

FYI: Your age is a contributor as well. If your over 30 def. get checked out.

what barrysanders said about Dehydration could be the problem.
When i was on creatine i never drank enough water so got really bad cramps.

But a quick check at the doctors will put your mind at ease
