Crazy 8's. Good pump try if u havent

Was running low on energy at end of my push workout so I decided to speed triceps up.
Did crazy 8's with skullcrushers
8 sets of 8 only 8 seconds between sets
Throw ego aside your not pushing the wieght you normally would
It burns like a mother
I did 60lb And it burned last 4 sets so bad. Kick ass pump and too like 2min
Make sure to lower that wieght slow and controlled of course



And to finish I did 2x15 rope pushdown
Pause do 5 second every 5th rep at bottom

Not heavy workout but if running low on time or don't wanna use heavy wieght
This was good.

Just wanted to throw the ideas out there for you gents
