Sunday I hit legs/shoulders. took 1.5 scoops and it was on!

Today i took 2 scoops for first time cause I had an early workout. Hit chest hard!

great workout,really got a good pump from the close grip inclines. gonna ad those to my chest workouts for a while.
 
yea your right,i hadnt lifted heavy in a year since my surgery,but actually have gained some size,go figure lol

brother i took 7 weeks off from october to just before Christmas because of a seperated shoulder.

Lost a lot of strength and some size. It's all coming back now and i feel great!

Slow and steady man.....slow and steady.
 
SO today was another kickass workout. took 1.5 scoops.....that seems to be the right dosage for me.
