Ok, so today was day 3, Chestday!

Yook 1 scoop about 30 minutes before heading to the gym. I was dragging ass for some reason yesterday and woke up tired as hell. I felt a little slower this morning but got thru another kickass workout.

Hit chest,

Bench press: 135x10 225x8 275x6 275x6 275x5
Incline DB: 80x8 80x8 80x6

Cable crossover superset with push ups. 70x8x8x8 pushups 3 sets max

Dips 3x max

Then i hit ab's and was out.

As i said, felt a little slower today but still had enough energy to get all my lifts done good. The nice thing i'm seeing with NTKTS is that I don't get a surge or rush feeling right away. It slowly creeps up on you and it seems to hit right when i need it to.

Definately loving it right now!
 
So today i upped the dose and took 1.5 scoops. felt good, definately felt the difference but didn't have the jitter effect.

Hit back pretty hard.

Wide grip pull down: 140x8 160x8 160x6
DB rows: 80's 8,8,8
Cable row: 170x 8,8,8
Bent over rows: 155x 8,8,8
Dead lifts 225x8 315x8 405x6 495x6

Felt good. i could definately fee my focus go to another level towards the end when i started DL's.

Next workout is Arm's on Friday.

Hit arms today. Took 1.5 scoops and i'm fucking WIRED!!! I don't know how people can handle 2 scoops.

I'm loving this stuff though....Real talk!

I've had mine but have mixed feelings on it. I seem to crush bad and I did 2 1/2 scoops and I was paranoid lol. But im still giving it a go just low doses for me and I don't like losing to much weight bc it can curve ur appetite. But I do have a good workout and I eat before taking it..
