Darkside06's Test Prop/Tren A Cycle

What kind of split are you running right now? I do not think I have ever done legs and shoulders same day or would even want to shit after legs I am ready for a nap... LOL

I can only lift 4 days a week because of my schedule so I always hit legs and shoulders on Sunday because it's the only day where I'm not in a rush to get to work and I can take my time.

Right now this is my split,

Sunday: Legs/shoulders
Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: back
Friday: Arms

I've been doing this split for about a month now and it works great for me.
 
Day 25:
So today is CHESTDAY!!! I was a little worried because I couldn't sleep for shit last night, had insomnia or something. Only got about 3 hrs of sleep but suprisingly still felt strong and had a good workout. I have been noticing the last few nights that i'm starting to get night sweats which I have never got on Tren before. Not sure if it's actually the Tren or if it's because we have been getting some crazy weather in Michigan lately and it's been in the 80's.

Chest

Bench press

Reverse grip bench

Cable crossovers
top 50 x10 x10

Incline Hammer machine
90 x10 x10 x10

Still getting great pumps! i'm almost a month in now and during my workouts my muscles are gettingextremely hard. no pun!

I aint on tren, and I sure as hell am getting sweaty at night due to this crazy weather my man!! I love sleeping when its cold, haha.
 
thats good to hear i start the tren in two weeks! you should think about masteron for your next cycle its pretty awesome... i cant wait to see the tren mast effect. do you have any progress pics? or did i miss them?
