I usually do deads as one complete set. I start with 135 x 10, then 225 x 5 twice then 255 for 5. I usually pull up then go down and tap the plates on the ground and come right up really all as one set.
Well last night I did my set of 10 for 135 as one set. Then I did 225 but I did a set of like 8 and after each rep I put the bar on the ground set back up and pulled. Its a small break I dont stand up or anything I just kinda position my feet, back and legs, and head focus then pull again.
Well I did 275 for 5 like that and guess what I said fuck it and put on 325 and did it. It went up not bad at all. I did 3 sets of one, I could have done more but I was kinda shocked.....
