I understand deca masks joint pain, but what about disc/ lower back pain. Possibility have herniated disc and have a strongman comp in about a month and hate to not go. And test is also being used. Any other advice is greatly appreciated.
I would def get that healed up properly before you do any serious lifting bro...you out of all people know how important your spine is....you use it in everything
ouch! Injuries suck man! If i was having a hard time training or needed surgery I would stop mid cycle and pct...no sense of taking gear if you cant work out
That sucks. I've trained with a herniated disc for years. Tens unit sucked and nothing has really helped. Took painkillers for years and decided to ditch them and had to just learn to live with it. Physical therapy has gotten me to the point where I can live with it. Good luck brother.
