Ive done the dboldbrigde and slinbridge before so is there any more options for a good/bad bridge out there?

The ONLY compounds you can use between cycles that will allow you to fully recover your HPTA are; Insulin, rHGH, or LR3.

I did a Anavar (var) bridge, not necessarily expecting complete recovery. I expected a little recovery so as not to be totally suppressed from a deca/test cycle. I did retain a little more than I think i would have without, but didnt recover well at all.
 
from what i have expierenced and read, don not expect to stay "on" and recover. using any type of Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) u will not fully recover, but i would recomend igf. expensive but easy to use. slin on the other hand is very very cheap but also hard to use.

It seems you are speculating, you haven't done it or researched it have you? Its actually muscle sparing to some extent.

I think he made it pretty clear that he was speculating with his use of the phrase, "seems like."

...And I agree with him. I just don't think that post cycle is a good time for a calorie deficit.

Research on DNP is fairly limited. It is an old drug, but it was determined to be unsafe for the public a very long time ago.

That really isn't true, there is a fair amount of published material. Whether or not it is "safe" is a matter of opinion and depends on how the word is defined. I'm guessing that neither of you has ever used it.

Whether or not he made it clear that he was speculating, he wasn't correct.

You can agree with him if you want but this "bridge", if you want to call it that, has been researched and done, and it is very effective, at least to the extent that it is muscle sparing and results in a great deal of fat loss. Also, many users of DNP experience an "anabolic rebound". Run a search, I would speculate that threads may have been posted here about it.

Well....this is the first I've heard about bridging with DNP, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone, especially for that purpose.

As far as being safe, it is probably the furthest from there you can get.....lol
 
actually I ran it twice, but I was on a cycle. I lost 8-9 lbs in 5 days and some strenght. And the reason I wouldnt run it as a bridge is because IMO it drains your body of alot of nutrients and calories which are important to maintane gains. But in all fairness Iv never tried a bridge with it so I cant say that for sure, have you or do you know anyone who has had a succesful bridge with DNP?
 
i use clen as a bridge, it even made me stronger, you can keep you food intake high and can make really intense hard workouts. it works for me and a lot of other guys
 
im sorry but that has to be the stupidest thing i have ever herd. clen is not a steroid at all unless u are a cow. we do not have the amino acids in us as humans for it to act as a steroid.

No one said that clen is a steroid. True, we don't have the proper receptors to fully take advantage of clen's benefits. It does apparently work through other mechanisms as a stimulant that has mass sparing properties.
 
OK but it also speeds up your heart rate which in turn burns more calories. unless u are trying to lean up y would u use it. its not like its the best thing for u anyway.
 
Look, I don't believe in "bridging", the whole premise is flawed. This thread was rather wide open and I simply threw out an old idea. I haven't actually done the research myself on it, but clearly nobody else here has either.

However, I will repeat that it has been argued persuasively that a good time to use DNP, if one is inclined to do so, is between cycles. Jason Mueller wrote some good articles on the subject a long time ago. I found the archive, but can't open the articles. The archive referencing the articles on DNP + insulin are located here:

of course it is not the best thing for your body, but you shouldn't use it in high dosages. i use it 50mcg p/d and it really helps me keeping the new gains from my cycles. it blocks cortisol receptors. the same story goes up for efedrine hcl together with caffeine.
it will burn more calories but that is good. after your cycle is over you are able to keep high in calories and proteine without storing fat.
 
i use clen off cycle, and in four weeks give-or-take i put on 4-5 pounds lean mass while i was using it... I know it was lean mass because i get a body composition test done every couple weeks for a phys ed class.

not to say its anabolic or it isnt, but it keeps me energized for my workouts, and i feel it improves my endurance and strength when i am recovering from PCT
 
Here's a 16 week bridge.

4 weeks of slin, 4 weeks of LR3, then repeat, you can reverse that if you'd like. This bidge will let you recover and add some muscle
