you can bulk with test e or c but try to reduce your bodyfat while at it, make it a clean bulk

You should hold off on cycling then. Work with a diet coach to lower your BF%. High body fat results in lots more estrogen on cycle due to the aromatization process. Ideally you would be down around 15% before cycling.
