Got a good leg day in today. It was 100 carb day. Burning some fat on the stair climber now. Have a good weekend guys
 
Weight is up a few lb. mabe due to the cycle I started the end of last week? I'm pumped for this cycle. Had some nice tren sweats last night.

Jogged a couple miles this morning. Will be hitting chest tonight!!
 
Got a good chest day in. Triceps are feeling the oil I put in them yesterday. Just anouther day if grinding. Treat everyday like its the only day.
 
Smashed Back this AM. It's hump day so grind hard guys. We have to get out there and earn it. This shit isn't free, but u can't pay for it either. Hard work deductions and beast mode is where it comes from. Pumped 2.5cc in my shoulder this morning. Now lets put it to work!!
 
Smashed legs this morning. Coach cut my diet to 2500cal. Still doing a carb cycle. I can feel the tren and NPP. I feel great and I'm always tweeking, I can't sit still just always wana be up and doing somthing.
 
Smashing chest this morning. I love getting to the gym in the mornings. Nobody to bug me, and I feel like a god all day. Or maby it's the AAS lol. Cycle Is going great so far. Only sides are sweats/night sweats and increase in aggression. Although iv been able to handle the tren rage better this time around, or at least so far hahahaha. Lets kill it bros. got myfridge stacked full of meal prep and my arms full of AAS lol. Lets bust this weeks ass.

Hit back today. Dead lifts, DB rows, bar rows, seated rows, 65lb weighted pull-ups, rear delt flys. Got a good one in. Went pretty heavy. I'm not as strong as I was before I started cutting. But it's still there and I still push it hard. I Gota get lean.
 
Up and at some cardio this morn. The tren is starting to kill my cardiovascular system. . I Gota push through it tho! Doing about 40min on my bike today. Hopfully the misery will pay off with some fat loss. Tren had me pretty lean the first time I ran it and I was on a calorie surplus, with no cardio.

Hit legs today and the endless stair case. Gona be bumping up the cardio and trying to get ride of these last 10lb or so. It's getting harder and harder to loose fat. Gota stay in point And get this shit. Today is 300 carb day. This cut has me feeling tired and beat up. But I no it's all worth it when I wake up and look in the mirror. Just keep grinding. U can beat me down but it won't stop me from crawling.
 
Killing myself this morning on my bike. Going to be doing alot of cardio this next week and see how it treats me. Need to help the tren cut me up. It's not about the gear, but about the work put in!!
