How long have you been on cycle. What steroids are you using? You have changed, great work. I can notice it looks like you have lost maybe 5-8% body fat. You have gained, what do you think, 5lbs of muscle in the process? I would appreciate it if you kept us updated by your pictures. I always go by the mirror. Unless you are in a sport that is weight restricted the mirror is the best marker of your progress.

Iv been on around 8 weeks. I'm on 750mg test e 300mg NPP a week. I have deffinatly lost a fair amount of bf. it's hard to say how much muscle bc of the fat loss but my lifts have all gone up by 15-25lb. Weights nothing to me. But I will be doing my first contest this Sumer so my bf% is my focus.

That is an impressive bodyfat loss using test e and NPP. I want to see more of your log.
 
High carb day. I hit legs and shoulders. Had a good long workout. Felt as if I could keep going forever. Sadly I'm to busy for that lol. Eating clean is hard but I know it's worth it. I lost 2lb in the past week! 3J said that's right on track. Just Gota keep grinding. Sadly I only have a couple more weeks off NPP left. Once it's gone I'll be cruising for a wile then hopping on a good pre contest cycle leading me into my show!
 
Fasted cardio Friday!! 100 carbs today. Gona hit chest and arms today after work.

Just a side note. On my first two cycles my joints would hurt from lifting heavy all the time. I'm lifting heavier then ever and have no joint pain. This cycle has been very smooth and pain free. The NPP is doing a great job of taking care of my joints. NPP or deca will b a staple in all my cycles from here on out. . It's also really nice to have smooth ass gear that leaves very little pip!! I haven't got huge from this cycle but iv lost 10lb wile increasing all my lifts!! I'm happy!!

Worked chest and arms today got a good pump and tore up chest. Only went up to 285lb on incline. It felt heavy today lol. I blamed it on loosing 20lb since jan 1 lol. Curling 125 on preacher curls. Witch is impressive to me considering iv lost almost 1/2 in in my bies since jan. but my bies do look way more cut and peaked now. Iv always been a mass guy so it's hard when I loose some but I love the new cuts and definition I'm getting. Now for a couple rest days. Other than some AM cardio. Have a good weekend bros. lift hard, heavy and safe!!
 
I want to see what you look like 4 weeks from now. Do you have any plans of adding in a cutting drug for summer coming up?

Gear is smooth as butter. Next to no pip.
I'm taking 500 test E 300 NPP.
This is exactly what I will be running in a few weeks. I love npp , gets these old ass joints of mine working nice :) nothing like a little oil for the joints. I've heard of them years ago but hadn't been up to speed on their quality of late.

NPP is awsome for the joints. Iv enjoyed it. The quality of this gear is A+
 
Whent to a posing siminar today. Did alot of posing and learned alot. Got good compliments from the pros that were there. I'm excited to get leaner and better at posing. I have even more drive and motivation now!! Gota keep working hard, and I will!!

When I started to pose I noticed my whole body stuck out more. Its almost as if you hit muscle tissue you wouldn't normally hit with weights alone. I pose for 10-15 minutes every morning when I do my warm up.
