Absolutely killed legs today!! Stole some of my dads dbols! I forgot how much I love them. Gives me so much drive and determination. I get a refeed day tomorrow. I can't wait to slam 300carbs of pancakes in one setting.

Got the chestne ( acne issue), found when I ran npp I got them bad on the chest almost like boil like sized pimples that hurt, u think the npp as well is causing the flare up's

Man I'm glad u said that. Now that I think of it both times I ran it I've had bad acne. I think I may drop it for a couple weeks and see what happens.

Yeah npp gave me boil size acne on chest, was running 150mg eod and those pimples hurt like hell as well, i would get them for a few weeks bad on my chest, then they would go away and find another spot like shoulders or back, got so bad I had a few on the back of my head as well lol
The pimples on yiur chest reminded me of when I ran npp lol

Hit an hour of cardio this morning then did an hour of posing with my partner. He has a heart rate monitor and it said we burned 900cal in the hour of posing! Starting to feel a lot better about my poses. It's crazy how hard you get just from the start to the end of posing! Makes me feel good

Chest day!! Mmmm boy. The best part of fucking Monday. Actually the only part of Monday that's worth a damn. Did all free weighs. Got a hella pump. My gyms dumbbells only go up to 95lb. So that kinda sucks. But I did several sets of flat and incline with then. Did flys and some single handed and variations in between. Got a great pump. My front delts always get a huge pump on chest day! Love that shit. I also love dudes mirrin me! No homo Haha. It's nice being lean so ppl and see all the muscles I've worked for

Getting that leg pump!! Hurts so good. Leg day gets my HR up and pumping. Burning those calories. Did a lot of inverted leg press. Leg extensions, calf raises, abdominal work and some others... Holly shit! My legs are so pumped I can barley walk. Great leg day!

Had a great shoulder day today. Was sweating my balls off. Hit shoulder press, lateral raises, up right rows, and Arnold presses. Worked them tell there was nothing left! My weight is staying stable around 196lb. But I'm slowly looking leaner. I've upped my water intake to 2.5 gallons. This has helped me shed a little water weight. I've been hitting cardio every morning and working out in the afternoons. My coach has me eating carbs up to my workouts and non after. This is to help burn fat and keep me full.

Awesome! Mast will really bring out the vascularity as well!! I just added Tren to my Test Mast cycle and holy, that is a winning combo right there, lol!! How many days/weeks are you into the mast? Those three together are gonna make you hard as nails bro, im pumped for you.

I'm about 1week in on the mast. Tuning tren at 350, mast 350, just dropped test to 700 from 1g.. Thanks bro! I'm pumped. It's my first run with mast and I'm pretty excited for the results as we'll

Killing my arms today. The pump I have is incredible. Just did tricep rope pull downs, started with all the plates and worked my way to the lightest. Tris are swole as fack! I love killing arms. The feeling of the pump is the best! After my workout I'll be refeeding with an ass ton of carbs!!! What a wonderful Saturday.

My protocol wile this test was taken:

1g EP sust
350mg tren
300mg mast

i believe my estrisol number is is thrown off do to the tren. I feel no gyno sides and feel great in general. Thanks to uncle Z FOR THE great gear. I'm very happy with this number.

Got that leg pump today. Been hitting legs good the last few weeks. I've been getting great pumps. I'll soon be throwing in EP var whinny and some proviron. I dropped the tren Bc the mental sides finally cought up to me. Once my wife starts calling me out its time to drop it lol. So I'm currently running 700mg EP prop and 350mg EP mast. I switched back to prop from the sust Bc it's getting closer to compition time and I don't want long eaters in me. All is going great tho. I'm trying to get leaner. Idk if I'll be quite as lean as I should be but I'll ok. It's my first comp and mainly a learning experience. I no I'll be bringing the heat next year. I've learned so much from this prep.

Im not sure how long you have left in you cycle brother but seeing as though you dropped the Tren, i think it be awesome to up the Mast to replace the Tren, if its feesable and doable. I'm currently running 800 Mast and the difference from 400 to 800 is ridiculous bro!!

That's good to hear. I was debating on upping it. I'll have to see what I can do . So fat I like the mast. Haven't seen a whole lot other than some water shedding.
