evansss training log

i go all the way down just as i would in a normal bench. the only thing i do differently is bring my elbows in as a powerlifter would do on a normal bench. i feel it in my tri's more and less in my chest this way.

Well today i decided to go really heavy during my leg presses. I had never gone higher than 720 so my sets at 810 and 900 were PRs for the leg press. Felt good to have the thing stacked to the brim with plates. i was able to go 5 pounds heavier on my 2nd and third set of leg exts. i was also able to go 10 pounds heavier for my 2nd and third set of leg curls. By this time i felt pretty drained and didnt really work calves that hard, but im not too worried about that.

believe or not im actually still dropping weight...diet was spot on, but has started to lack recently...still dropping lbs strength still going up...i dont get it but im not complaining. im down from 230 to about 222.

all of the above angry... ive dropped to 220 (and that was with shoes and clothes on) when i weighed myself yesterday. im not getting any weaker though so im gonna assume its a good weightloss.
