second cycle of my power/reps/shock workout...this is the second time i hit a power chest/bi's routine. again all lifts had a 4 second neg followed by an explosive push

I decided to start my power week again since i only hit chest last week. i was able to squeeze out a few nice sets on the bench with 300 which is pretty heavy for me lately. Everything else stayed the same for the most part.

its hard to say. 300 is the highest ive gone for regular sets, but the most weight i've ever lifted was 360, but this was in high school.

Nice bench evans. You were able to jump 25lbs for reps on your bench in one week. Mind if I ask if you're on? Great work non-the-less.

How much do you weigh now?

thanks winter...nope all natty... im only 21 so even if i wanted to dabble with sauce it wouldnt be for a few years regardless.

i can usually bench 1 rep max 35 pounds more than my 5 rep max. I bet you are at least at 335.

Hack Squats 180x6/360x6/450x6/540x5/630x3
Leg press 360x6/450x6/630x6
Lunges (straight down the gym no reset) 30x6/30x6/60x6
Angled Calf Press 260x7/260x7/260x7
Seated Calves 90x6/90x6

Went up in my hacks. last time i hit a power legs routine i peaked at 540 for 3. this time iwas able to start higher, get 540 for 5 then squeeze out 630 for those same last 3. Stayed the same on the leg press although 630 felt pretty light compared to the last session. lunges stayed the same cus my legs were pretty fried by then. Calves stayed the same as well.

yeah that sounds about right. and i can hit a few solid sets at that 300, so im thinking if i warmed up nice and solid i may even be in the 350ish range. i think im scared to max on my bench, might be more psychological than anything else. cus i know for a fact im not pushing 360 back up right now... maybe throw some creatine in there lol and it might go back up to that number.

either way you are one strong mofo especially for a natty.
