evansss said:yeah that sounds about right. and i can hit a few solid sets at that 300, so im thinking if i warmed up nice and solid i may even be in the 350ish range. i think im scared to max on my bench, might be more psychological than anything else. cus i know for a fact im not pushing 360 back up right now... maybe throw some creatine in there lol and it might go back up to that number.
