Ok, I just started my 2nd cycle. This is my first time using prop. First two shots were in the left and right delts, respectively. They were moderately sore but nothing unbearable.
Did my 3rd shot on Thurs night in my right quad. I always heat my gear up with a hair dryer before I pin using a 25G needle. After shooting, I went right to bed. The past 2 days I've been limping around with "dead-leg" syndrome. It's to the point where I cannot even do legs at the gym
It's painful to bend the leg at the knee. I'm sure the soreness will go away in a few days, but any tips/suggestions for combating the severe soreness? Should I have massaged the muscle more after pinning? Should I be stretching the muscle out after pinning? Go for a long walk?
Any tips are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
