Oh...I have been bulking...but not in a good way my little phillippino brother.
 
OK kiddies. Shoulder is being operated on Jan 12th. Having a bone spur removed. After about a month off from the gym I went last night and did....

DB flat bench - worked up to 10X95

Standing cable flyes - 3X10X80

couple of sets of front and side lat raises with 25lbs

tricep pressdowns with various grips using 80lbs.

Took it easy and have no pain in the shoulder but I did no incline or overhead pressing.
 
My post may have been confusing. My surgery is next week but I did workout last night without any shoulder pain.

Tonight...Thur the 4th I did:

rackpulls: warmup set then did 365X6X2

GMs: 185X10X2

Seated rows: 250X10X3

Widegrip pulldowns: 250X10X3

DB curls: 40X10X1...my forearms were killing me...I couldn't do these.
 
Mon Jan 9th
Still easing back into it.

Five minutes elliptical to warm up

Leg Press - worked my way up to 9 plates a side for 10

Box Squats - ended up doing 315X8X2

Seated calf raises - 3 platesX20X3

That was it. Got home and hardly made it upstairs.

nice to see you're doing well after surgery. yeah, shoulder/wrist/elbows/knees are serious problem areas on lifts. ah well.

Lived through surgery....bit of throbbing but not to bad. I have vicodin for the pain but take them sparingly. Once I find I don't need them then I will take them all.
I think I will try the gym on Mon still to do legs. If I don't do squats and use the leg press I think I will be fine. The position of your arms while doing squats may be tough so I think I will avoid.

Nah....I actually breakout from what I think is the cleaning solutions at the gym. Was absolutely cleared up when I took a month off from the gym but went the last 2 weeks before surgery and back it came.
