It's time to start this up again. Been out of the gym for roughly 7 months. I was disappointed with the continuing shoulder pain and just quit. If I had taken it slow and built it up it wouldn't have been an issue.
Anyways...I did legs last night for the first time in months. I just did some light work to get back into the groove.
Leg Extensions - 3 X 160 X 10
Lying leg curls (hamstrings) - 3 X 70 X 10
Squats - 2 X 225 X 10, 1 X 275 X 10
SLDL off of a cardio stepper - 2 X 185 X 10, 1 X 225 X 10
Seated Calf raises - 3 X 3plates X 15
Pretty sore today and tomorrow will be worse but feels good to be back...I got fat.
