*Edit* Here is a pic of the seated ham curl machine...really I didn't kill myself to do these...should have done SLDL but with my back finally starting to feel better I figured I'd give it another week.

Sucks getting old.
I usually don't but I apparently have a pinched nerve. Got another alignment yesterday and felt fine afterwards. Still haven't been to the gym since last Tues. I'm going to go tonight and do a light, full body workout and see what bothers it and what doesn't.Mulligan said:I got an alignment done on Monday, i did not get sore.
