Thanks Tman....I think it's just the engineering of the machine...didn't even seem that tough.

*Edit* Here is a pic of the seated ham curl machine...really I didn't kill myself to do these...should have done SLDL but with my back finally starting to feel better I figured I'd give it another week.

No gym tonight...I helped my neighbor move into place and set up an eight person hot tub...that was all the back work I needed.

This also means....my neighbor has a hot tub...so I have a hot tub....

oh i see. i haven't used that one, but do think it is very strong if it was laying ham curls. to me anyway.

Lying ham curls I can only do about half the weight....
 
Had a chiropractor appointment this morning because my back has been a little cranky. He finds a tender spot on my lower back...sort of to the right of the spinal cord. He then does the old reflex test where he hits me in the knee with the rubber hammer...but my right leg doesn't move. I think I will be taking another week off from DL's.
 
Thanks Angry...I'm just going to take some time off from DL's. Everything else will be the same...unless it bothers me.
 
Well I took the night off from the gym again. My back was hurting since the chiropractor. Today, after a good nights sleep, it's feeling a lot better. Hopefully tonight.

Lower back alignment. I'm seeing him tomorrow. First couple of days after the first alignment I was pretty sore so I haven't been to the gym since last Tues. I will go tonight and will do my chest and tri routine.

Sucks getting old.

I got an alignment done on Monday, i did not get sore.

I usually don't but I apparently have a pinched nerve. Got another alignment yesterday and felt fine afterwards. Still haven't been to the gym since last Tues. I'm going to go tonight and do a light, full body workout and see what bothers it and what doesn't.
