Good job Fender, keep up the cardio. I've been slacking off lately, with diet and cardio, plus i'm going on vacation tomorrow. Crap, I need to tighten up.
 
When you peeps do cable crunches and cable pressdowns, what does the cable station look like? The gym I am at now has a station that I do these exercises on that only has 1 high pulley therefore when you set the pin at 100lbs...you are moving 100lbs.
My old gym had the cable system with the high and low pulley thus cutting the force needed to move the weight in half. You set that at 100lbs it only takes 50lbs of force to move it.

I use the one with two pullies. I've tried the one with only one, and that one is some tough shit lol.
