Good job Fender, keep up the cardio. I've been slacking off lately, with diet and cardio, plus i'm going on vacation tomorrow. Crap, I need to tighten up.

My old gym had the cable system with the high and low pulley thus cutting the force needed to move the weight in half. You set that at 100lbs it only takes 50lbs of force to move it.
