Sounds great I do variations on the same routine on weights and concentrate on one exercise every week per muscle group, like if I rep long on flat this week, next week I hit incline and rep long there and just hit flat with short sets heavy and I do the same with each muscle group so I hit from every angle and exercise with a concentration day for each one. I do some supersets here in there so don`t keep the same all the time. Nice to share this info... I think I`m going to order the trenazone this next week,lol
