First cycle test c a couple ph for kicker

Sounds great I do variations on the same routine on weights and concentrate on one exercise every week per muscle group, like if I rep long on flat this week, next week I hit incline and rep long there and just hit flat with short sets heavy and I do the same with each muscle group so I hit from every angle and exercise with a concentration day for each one. I do some supersets here in there so don`t keep the same all the time. Nice to share this info... I think I`m going to order the trenazone this next week,lol

Killed some biceps today.

Standing Alt DB
40x10, 40x10, 30x12
Standing Alt Chains
20x20, 50x10, 50x10
Preacher EZbar
86x10, 66x13, 66x15
Rope Spread Curl
30x20, 30x20, 30x20

I have a murderous pump they feel like they could explode at any second. The chains were the first time I had tried that I am definately keeping them they were great.
 
Took sunday off needed the rest.

This morning hit some chest and triceps. Kept it very light worked on fast reps for bench. Then slow contractions with a touch and squeeze at the top for incline DB's Finished off with some skulls and tricep ropes. Hit most everything with 3 sets of 10 except bench kept it to 4 sets of 5. Threw in 3 sets 10 reps of BO Row To help widen the back out more.

Got a really good pump since it was light weights I could really concentrate and feel the contractions and then get a nice stretch.
 
Forgot to post about how I feel. I would have to say I am starting to feel like I am recovering faster getting some on an off feeling when working out.
Best way I can describe it is, it seems that if I take my time and warm up a bit longer I start really hulking but If I go in and just try to hulk I never feel quit on......
From here out I am going to spend a little more time on warm ups because I feel like I can go on forever once I start feeling on after a good warm up. :naughty:

Gaining weight but not coming up very fast but I like it like that I don't feel great when I get all over bloated and really don't feel it is good weight gain. Would rather gain a couple pounds a week and it be clean mass.
 
^^ I notice the same thing bro, in the context of need to warm up a lot to start to feel the strength gains. Honestly the sets get easier as I go, the first set of a heavy workout sucks, the second third fourth and fith are the shit!! (Im rocking the 5x5).

Glad to hear this may be a normal thing LOL

I normally warm up but just a few very light sets and I am ready to rock. But on cycle I definitely feel like I need heavier sets of warm ups and bigger jumps in weight to feel right. Thanks a lot guys that is good information to have!
 
Another thing I have going on maybe some of you will have pointers on.

I had low test when I say low I mean like teenage girls have more I think. I waited until they got me in a decent range before I started the cycle and just getting in the better range I started breaking out as bad if not worse than puberty. It is only on back and shoulders and very small bit on chest. Is there anything I can take to calm this shit down, when I was young I did not give a crap but now it is a pain.

Or will since I was so low it will eventually ease up and get used to the test??
 
I noticed that warm up sets did make a huge impact today on my workout, no I know what it was...
 
I guess I am the only poor fuck that is getting terrible acne from his first cycle...... DAMN IT!

So anyways hit up back today still kept it light it was tough my body was screaming add some weight add some weight.

I concentrated on muscle contraction and really got some good holds at the top and super slow negatives. After I was done with the 14 sets of back and 6 sets of abs my back was pumped up and feeling worked. The 4 exercises for back I used were.

Deadlift
UH BO row
V-handle low cable row
straight bar high cable row
Hanging Knee Raises for abs

Ready for next week and getting a lot more weight on the bar and seeing just what I have in me.
 
Forgot to add weight is up was 226 dry this morning! 4 pounds at start of 4th week I will take it!

I was scared I would have acne with my first cycle, and so far its VERY mild for me, but I took more than enough precautions to prevent it. I use Proactive once or twice a day, that stuff works wonders.

Also I hit up the sauna and pool as much as possible. The sauna really opens up your poors and clears them out, and the chlorine in the pool will dry out your skin, which prevents acne.

Thanks alot guys ordered some proactive, already planning on doing some tanning next month to get ready for vacation. I really want to have it all gone by May when I head to the beach. Will jump in the sauna a few times and try to swim often! Really appreciate it!!

agree with Spear, start at .5ED if u suddenly start to feel lethargic and lose you libido get off for a few days and then cut the dose in half.

Well I am prescribed enough to do .5 EOD so I will try that for a little bit I want some estradiol just not high. I read something that this may help with the acne so that is also good to know. Thanks guys if EOD is not enough I will have to find a way to get some more.
