getting dizzy during squats

Even never done much lower body, Ive just recetly started doing squats. Pretty sad, but I only squat little more than my own body weight. Every time I do squats, it wears me out so much and get such a rush from doing it, that usally towards the end of my set, im almost passing out.

anyone ever felt liek that?
 
Breath.

Inhale on the negetaive....Exhale on the positive.
Breathing is very important. Not just for squats...but for everything.

I used to get light headed when i did decline bench press. Its kinda hard not to when all the blood is rushing to ur head. But breathing helps your blood flow a lil better. (In my opinion)
 
Often, but you need to breathe deeply when doing squats. That's why an intense set of squats can make many people throw up. Squats are difficult but they are worth it because they are such a core exercise. If you want to put on any size, make squats the center of your program. Squats stress your entire body, that is why they are such a great overall mass builder.

i get dizzy from squats and deads. though i think thats normal some may not. some will even have to shit alot cus of the squats...and yes some will puke. it is worth it though.

do what the savage says ,breath.
 
and that is why most people don't want to squat..because it's difficult as fuck. being dizzy in squats are very normal and I love it. unrack bar, stare at your reddening pretty face, pop your mouth open, take the biggest breath of your entire life, hold and squat. rinse and repeat ^^

i think the reason why we get dizzy is because
1. heavy ass weights
2. holding of breath
3. because you just want to get freaking strong!
 
alright thanks, i thought maybe i was the only one. sometimes i feel like puking too... but i didnt want to say anything i thought i was just beign a sissy. I love to do them though. I love sitting down on my couch after my a squat set and taking a bong rip even more however

Squats will tear you up mentally and physically, but stick with them. Yes there is no greater reward than the post-workout bong rip.
 
Squat variation and dead variations are top notch.

Just wish my knees wouldnt be in pain durring hacks..even with high foot placement and knee warmers.
