Getting ready for PCT

Got my blood lipids done and they where fine so tomorrow post cycle therapy (pct) is off and trena/prop starts for 6-8weeks.

As far as post cycle therapy (pct), i never have any problems when i run Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG), just feel the same, sex drive drops to normal but never lower then that. I do train somewhat more low volume on post cycle therapy (pct) tho.

After this run i will stay off until dec09/jan10, but slin for post cycle therapy (pct) tho again as this time i didnt get that far.
 
^^^^ how long were you off? By blood lipids you mean test & free Test or are there other tests included in that?
 
No bro by blood lipids i mean blood lipids;) No point in lookingg at hormones as i was only off for a bout 5 weeks, which i consider to be a cruise phase.
 
Ok did first shot of tren a/prop today with a slin pin to my rigth quad, aah man it was painles! Love it! The prop did sting for a litle in the muscle today tho.

Started proper training today with my new ´´trainer´´.

warm up cardio and streches.

5xUpper body complexes ramping up the weigths every go around. Highest was 200. The plan is to increase every week.

One complex was:
5reps each

Hangin snatch
barbell rows
push press
hangin high pulls

Man i was huffin and puffin like a pig after these. I hope it was not the tren but because i was sick.

3sets of db press 8reps(fast) with arse off the bench. (recomend this, it was a lot nicer for my shoulders, ie. no pain!)

5x12reps of db clean and press, alternating every rep.

Pulldowns 4x10

Spiderpushups 3xto failure

Streching

Great workout, my body was in a full pump, from head to toe. Just look at olympic weigthlifters, they dont train like in Flex mag but shit look at theyre bodies, think about it next time when you do bodypart or two a day and see very litle results...
 
Bud - that's an intense work out - does your trainer work out w/ you or just keep you going? How long did that take? hope you're not in a body cast tomorrow...;-)
 
Nah he just shows me what to do but thats it. It was about an hour.

Just took a cap of melatonin that i bougth today, and already feeling a lil bit dizzy! Good times.

Dude you must have some insaine flexibility to do spider-push ups you gotta be like gumby for that shit. If you can do that you will master yoga stretches
 
Bro here drug sentences are worse then if you would murder somebody.

No flex. needed, you just do a pushup and bring one knee to the elbow and push back up. Well thats how i did them.

Zercher squats x10sets working upto a 5 rep max.

1x5minutes lying and trying to not die from the pump and cramps.

Dunno if i can feel the tren already(4shots?) but felt strong and pump was intense.

Been reading some articles about Russian powerlifters that compete in the IPF(natty+singly ply) and they train pretty high volume but use only the 3main lifts no accessory work, yet theyre the best and they look like friggin bodybuilders. But when thinking about it, is there a better exercise for the legs then the squat for the example, the simple asnwer imho is, NO! So why fuck about with the lesser moves. So what im gonna try now (for legs first) is to do only squats, no assistance, just add the volume that would come from the other exercises to squat reps. Thougths anybody?

Yeah - you're a fukkin animal! Hahahaha - what weight are you doing the zerchers with? Given your starting place (Half beast/half man) that method might work for massive, quick strength gains - can't say it seems intuitive though.

Yeah i was reading some shit about those russian pl's on westsides website, Bad Mofos. Apparently Louie says the russians is where all his principles came from. I dunno if I would like just one exercise for legs might be kinda boring. Also I think it's nice having say like 3 sets good mornings or pull-threws just to give the hammys that extra punch.
As for the tren it would be my guess you should be sweating like a sob next workout or at least by day 7. My buddy had a similar experience that I had with anadrol with his tren we could just watch ourself start blowing up before the eyes after 4 sets. The short esters take 2 weeks to really kick in for me, dunno bout tren though maybe it's different. After thinkin about it, maybe just one exercise squat etc... high volume might work for you heavyweights actually. It makes sense. Say someone that squats 495for 5 might not need the assistance work like someone that squats 315 for 5. Think that might be right?
I saw someone biking down the road after the gym today and thought about biking in T-land like you said how you cant do that. No shit man. I love asians every race for that matter but dude they can not drive. It's funny i used to be in a racing club and we sponsored a driving school where we took people around the track. The asian men would always send their wives to the school cause they kept wreckin their BMW and MB, lol. Actually the latinos down in Miami were just as bad i felt like I was driving in a war zone or some shit.

As my MOMMY is coming to see me for two weeks tomorrow and iwe gotta get her from the airport, i went and did my presstraining today already.

Decline benches with normal grip 6 working sets working to 12reps at 175kg.

Military press 3x10 and ramping up the weigth to 120kg and doing push presses with that for 2x2 1x1, was supposed to do two reps in the last one but stalled in the midle part of the lift and dumbed the bar towards the power rack.
