girls and gear???? pics

hey guys, im new to this site and was wondering what you have heard about girls taking gear?? my goal is to lower body fat % to 15 down from 19% and get lean and cut!! any suggesstions based on personal testimonials from other girls. thanks so much im the girl on the right, smiling in the black long sleeve shirt!! so you can see me and get an idea
 
Side effects (depending on what you take and how much) could be enlarged clit (maybe a good side effect), deepening of the voice, irregular to no menstral cycle, among others. But I've seen many women who've done them that exhibit no signs of negative side effects. Anyway, I hope this helps. It's always good to help a hot chick!LOL!!

I have no advice, guidance, or information to offer but I will say you look great. This may sound like a no-brainer, but have you looked into everything else (all other forms of supplementation and enhancement) aside from steroids?
 
Steroids are not for losing fat, just for gaining muscle. Now, more muscle can make burning more calories easier, but steriods alone won't make you "cut." Even with steriods, the leanest women have to have to have a perfect diet and must engage in moderate to large amounts of cardio.
 
You would be stupid to take any type of male hormone, stay away from gear. That would be equivalent to a guy taking female hormones. Its not rocket science , use some common sense
 
I have consistantly read that women can take up to 10mg ED of Anavar, (oxandrolone), for 8-10 weeks at a time without any virilization side affects.

I would recommend you start with only 5mg/day for 6 weeks only, just to get a better understanding of how it works for you.

Good point bleach, I agree chance are all you need to do is start a regular training program with a solid diet and you'll reach your goals. If you need more help then possibly hire a trainer. Other than that you look pretty damn hott from the picture.

i'm with you guys.. I had my gf do a bulking cycle over the winter, She went from 100 lbs to 125, I had her follow everything, She gained some good mass, She's really toned now but she got super depressed when trying to lose the fat she gained during the bulking phase, Mind you she was too petite so bulking was the only solution for her.

If you don't maintain the size you build, You'll be even more upset when you beef up again.. My advice is to stay off the juice, You don't need it. what you need is a diet girl, It all starts in the kitchen and revolves around it.

My girl is one month into a 10mg var ed cycle. Her diet is top notch, she has gained about 3 lbs and lost some BF. She is at around 100 lbs at 4'10" and her BF is around 9%. She has had no side effects so far, absolutely nothing. Her progress is very nice, make sure the diet is super clean if this is the route you're gonna choose.

Agreed. Cardio, proper diet, and plenty of rest would be a great start. You look good.
 
Hey welcome to the forum but 15% that is not a hard thing to reach. My advice to you would be to go to the gym at least 3-4 times a week. You should do cardio no less than 45 minutes, then lift a different muscle group each day. For women its all about the Cardio. Protein drink should be taken after each workout. Don't start the Gear... 15% is very attainble by just getting to the gym. The side affects that you would be getting wouldn't be worth it. Remember to drink tons WATER.
 
you look great honey, if you were looking to bulk and be a bod builder ,, then maybe. seeing that your not looking for that outcome,,, hit the treadmill before your workoiut for 45mins ,, then hit a few weights after that ,, eat right,,, and you will have what you want.,,,, its not that hard ,,, BUT!!! do be warned ,,, that it takes a LOT of work,, and most of the times takes your body a good 6months to get used to any major excersize or diet changes. it will happen though with Perseverance. go at it.... then again,, i kinda dig a slightly enlarged clit .... hahha ,, ok ok ok that was outta line.
 
My good friend and training partner has run various substances, but diet is the only thing that will make a significant impact on bodyfat percentage.

I imagine you can't be far from your goal, so a light dietary change and some working out should work wonders without gear.
