why do he bodybuilders from the golden age look so different than the guys now. is it the gear, traing, diet? i personally think they looked better back in the arnold days.

I also liek how the USED to look.

back then i know dbol, deca, test was big.
there was also tren, and primo ect. but im not sure how much that played a part.

This is do to money. There is a small amount of money out there fore these guys. Bigger is better is hard to let go. I think we all agree they just looked better.

I agree too. I think it's also bc of lack of information. Let's face it if we didn't have so many studies, access to sites like this & ability to speak directly to people with so much experience we'd probably all be on year round at crazy doses without post cycle therapy (pct) & end up dead at age 50 like many if the old timers.

The golden agers were doing lots of test, deca and dbol. The aas abuse was not significantly different than today.

Insulin and GH are 2 areas of drug regime change but ...

The change in judging to scoring the mass monsters as winning physiques over symmetry has likely just attracted and awarded a different set of athletes.
