skulls, extensions w/ rope, dumbell extensions, dips, close grip bench
they all work as long as you bust ass while doing them. i dont care what you do if youve worked them hard enough (with proper form) you will feel it. as for size on them make sure you have your diet in check. diet is key as annoying as that can be at times it's the truth.
