Good Tricep mass building excersises?

Close grips don't do shit for me, i like skullcrushers, I don't do them heavy anymoe though, I use a 110lb bar after pressdowns. They can cause havoc to the elbows.
 
skulls, extensions w/ rope, dumbell extensions, dips, close grip bench

they all work as long as you bust ass while doing them. i dont care what you do if youve worked them hard enough (with proper form) you will feel it. as for size on them make sure you have your diet in check. diet is key as annoying as that can be at times it's the truth.

good idea joining a gym. best place on earth to be!!!!

i like to do heavy weighted dips on a narrow rack, decline skulls and overhead dumbell extensions are also standby excercises as well
