This is a bit of it. I;m also trying the Sustanon (sust) eod at 1/2 a cc so it'll be 437.5 a week for the first 12 weeks with 50 ed var for the first 60 days supplemented with 125 of test prop. After week 12 I'll switch to just prop for 6 more weeks at about 525 with 75-100 ed of var for the last 30-40 days. I'm doing the Sustanon (sust) eod cuz I have read tons on arguments for that method and the 1, 2, 3, shots a week. Experimenting this way and I'll try it twice a week next cycle to see how it differs. I have my adex on hand, but I am not gyno sentsitive so not planning to need it. Also have my clomid and nolva. I took 5 months off for a back injury-existing- and been back for a month. 12%bf, 6'2", 188. Great genetics so, as long as I keep my shit going in the right directions, I should be a monster at the end of this. Also, I have low t, but no insurance and the dr.'s I've seen won't put me on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), as i am only 26 and the definition of low t varies from dr to dr. I say this only to let you guys know i lose mass fast when i take time off, so i also have the muscle memory going for me. Biggest was 212 with 9%bf and that was natural, but I was in prison, lol so i was cheating. As I said earlier-I will update throughout the next 4 months.

Thanks. I love prop, but I figured I need to experiment with other esters. I didn't want to go with strictly long ester so Sustanon (sust) was the next best. I honestly don't see me ever running cyp or enan, unless it is an only choice. just don't like long esters. Never say never, though. I like to experiment so.... never know. I could end up loving either one. I do find it harder to remember to pin e3d or one weekly versus eod. plus, it's the beginning of summer time. Gotta stay as lean as possible. Lol.

Bro..I just started Sus250 also. Not sure how much you know bout gyno..but you said you're not gyno sensitive. I did this stuff in early to late 90's and definately had a bit of gyno. Don't want to make same mistake. Would I need to take something before, during, or after cycle?
