back on my game finally i am logging my cal intake today and my work outs will be steady. I want to have blood work ,hydrostatic body fat , and new pics done in two weeks reason being b/c the trip through my game off a bit with Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and pinning schedule so i want to stablize my blood levels and get a good 2 weeks of solid work outs to trim the fat so to speak
