Thanks, but I'd prefer to read something by an official author. I'm just worried of learning from just some guy on the internet who can make edits to this site.
Amazon.com would be great, but I need someone to recommend me what to buy. How do I know which ebook to buy?
Thanks SO much for your reply. You're exactly right! I'm looking for a source of information that's 'perfect' so I have a 'perfect' understanding on this topic.
You don't think it's possible for me to find what I'm looking for?
What about the other 'mainstream' AAS websites out there? I'd post a link, but I don't want to break any rules.
Hey man, you're spot on. I'm just worried I'm going to think that I'm reading scientifically backed information on here when in reality I'm reading "bro science."
Dude! You need to read a shit load. Not just medical journals, not just "published" books, not just forums, but everything you can get your hands on.
This is science, but the research is far from done. In just the 5 years I've been around, tons of shit has changed.
If you think a "real author" or your family PCM has a better idea than the wealth of free knowledge you can find on the internet, be my guest and jump right on in, and when your whack ass, old medicine educated PCM or Endocrinologist fuck your levels up, don't hesitate to run right back here and beg for help.
And if you just want recreational advice, you're surely not going to find that condensed into a book like you can find it here. Here you will read trials and errors on the daily, and you will learn that a lot of stuff affects EVERYONE differently.
Take shit you read with a grain of salt, but it 2000 people say they agree, maybe that's the method you should use, if you're going to dive into this world. Don't go by what Jim Wendler wrote in his 5/3/1 book, because those doses definitely don't apply to you.
THE END!
