Help Me Please: Best AAS Ebook?

Thanks, but how can I know the author is a real expert in this field? Are there any reviews or recommendations from experts in the AAS field I can read?

It seems like you are looking for a single definitive source of information and unfortunately that does not exist.
Even in more mainstream areas of medicine there are only degrees of consensus. Be patient and take the time to read multiple sources and over time you will develop an understanding of the topic and where the gray areas lie.

Sorry that's the best answer I can give you.

If you have a specific question you should ask it here, as there are many here who have spent years doing the above.

there are many authors with a scientific background. Your not going t o find articles written on Bro science. You need a rough over view of how steroids work and then you need to study the chemical properties the different steroid compounds. IT really is that simple. then move on to effects both negative and positive. Then how to prevent the negative side effects. Then recovering from Steroids .

BTW consider that until the early 1990s the "official" stance of the American Medical Association was that steroids don't build muscle.

Maybe you should try Pubmed where you can read medical studies on AAS. Authors and their medical credentials are provided.

Hi guys, I'm looking for a really good ebook AAS that has detailed and more importantly, accurate information about AAS. I know there are AAS ebooks that are easily found online, but I want an ebook that has 100% real and accurate information. Considering how easy it is for someone to edit a .PDF file then upload it online, I want something that I know hasn't been edited or changed by someone.

I don't mind paying for an ebook as long as it contains accurate information. Thank you!

Just read all the pinned post in the forums that in and of itself is a wealth of tried and true knowledge.

Thanks SO much for your reply. You're exactly right! I'm looking for a source of information that's 'perfect' so I have a 'perfect' understanding on this topic.

You don't think it's possible for me to find what I'm looking for?

What about the other 'mainstream' AAS websites out there? I'd post a link, but I don't want to break any rules.

Hey man, you're spot on. I'm just worried I'm going to think that I'm reading scientifically backed information on here when in reality I'm reading "bro science."

Even an eBook has the exact same risk. Sounds like the only acceptable source of information for you are cited and peer reviewed medical studies. You should start reading everything you can on Pubmed and other similar sites where medical studies are posted. Try to keep to the studies done on humans. Rat studies are generally inferior.

Llew/;(lyn's "43:;" has a good overview of the compounds (though you can of course find that info online too, including on this site).

This ebook looked great, but now the title has been edited out? :(

EDIT: I found the link to this ebook again and I want to hear what other people think, but I don't want to break any rules by re-posting it :(

Read the stickes here then move to the profile section. The is a series of toutorials in the article section. Its basic knowledge. Once you understand how they work then you can move on to a more scientific understanding. You wont find better information anywhere. You need to crawl before you run.
