MARCH 7th DAY (21)

Felt strong at the gym again, still waiting for that 3-4 week KICK that everyone talks about, I'm hoping after tomorrow mornings inject it will really start to kick IN!! Im so far really happy with everything, no complaints. Still havent started taking the Aromatase inhibitor (AI) yet, still undecided on to run it before blood tests or get blood tests while on my Aromatase inhibitor (AI), any tips on this will be appreciated.

CHEST

FLAT BENCH PRESS (5x5)
135x15 WU, 295x5, 295x5, 295x5, 295x5, 295x5.

CABLE FLY'S
See first chest day post, same weight as last week, but still up from first week.

REVERSE GRIP PRESS ON SMITH MACHINE
135x15 WU, 205X10, 205X10, 205X10.

INCLINE DUMBELL PRESS
65x15 WU, 85x8, 85x8, 85x7, 60x13 KILL

DECLINE BENCH PRESS
135x15 WU. 225x10, 225x10.

MY CHEST WAS DEADDDDD!!! And for sure feeling it this morning, but no were near as soar as I would be after such a chest day in my past without a little gear help ;)

Back today, Shoulders tomorrow!!

Also, since I want to improve my chest the most out of any area on my body, I was thinking of doing chest twice a week, my chest day is on tuesdays, I was thinking about doing a chest day with a little arms on saturdays. Any thoughts on this??

DUDE NICE PICS (NO HOMO) !

your making great progress , keep killing the gym man. I would go for chest twice a week if you feel like the recovery is complete from earlier in the week. Maybe go heavy one day then go for burn outs and light weight exercises they second day

congrats on the gains many more to come!

Sounds like a plan, I will for sure rock some chest on saturday!! I just hope it recovers before tuesday, I wanna go for 315, or 305 haha.

Did my 7th shot this morning, went smooth, No I did not do it myself YET. But the day will come, haha. Feeling good, not super human though, I'm hoping I get a little more kick after this morning PIN.

BACK

DEADLIFTS (5x5)
135x15 WU, 335x5, 335x5, 335x5, 335x5, 335x5. My grip is finally getting strong enough were I can hold on the whole time with no issues.

SEATED WIDE GRIP ROW'S
15x160 WU, 8x220, 7x220, 10x200.

BENT OVER BARBELL ROW'S
135X10, 135X10, 135X10

WIDE GRIP PULL UPS (Getting hard since Im gaining weight) FAILURE
7, 6, 5.

SINGLE ARM LAT PULL-DOWN'S
85x8, 80x8, 75x8.

My forearms are JUNKKKKK right now!! Backs nice and sore :)

^^^Nice!! I can see how my post can be confusing, I made it sound like that all happened today lol. I cant wait to see what I'm up to for military press!! Im thinking 215 for the 5x5.

Hey man nice log and great input in every updates. I sit down and read the log from day one till your last update. I will like to keep mine like this but not much time at this place I am. Great job and will follow from now on till last day. Good luck!!!
