Whats your diet looking like
I eat as much chicken, eggs, veggies, steak, brown rice...etc as I possible can. A usual day for me is, Oatmeal and about 5-6 eggs, plus a good amount of skim milk in the AM. Then for lunch, is usually 2-3 chicken breasts, brown rice, and veggies. Ill split my lunch up, about 2 hours apart, then I workout around 330, have a protein shake immediatley after, then I go home and make a huge dinner. Either chicken breasts again, or steak, with eggs veggies, and some rice maybe. Before I go to bed I eat some cottage cheese, with pepper on top. i drink milk throughout the day as well.
