Whats your diet looking like

I eat as much chicken, eggs, veggies, steak, brown rice...etc as I possible can. A usual day for me is, Oatmeal and about 5-6 eggs, plus a good amount of skim milk in the AM. Then for lunch, is usually 2-3 chicken breasts, brown rice, and veggies. Ill split my lunch up, about 2 hours apart, then I workout around 330, have a protein shake immediatley after, then I go home and make a huge dinner. Either chicken breasts again, or steak, with eggs veggies, and some rice maybe. Before I go to bed I eat some cottage cheese, with pepper on top. i drink milk throughout the day as well.
 
MARCH 26th DAY (40)

Feeling great, no negatives to report. Strength gains have stayed the same for the main workouts for the 5x5, but the other workouts I add after the 5x5 are feeling way stronger. Did Chest on saturday, took the day off yesterday, Legz today, back tomorrow. I dont know how much updating I will be doing this week, I have family visiting so I took tuesday through friday off work.

CHEST

BENCH PRESS 5x5
225x10 WU, 315x5, 315x5, 315x5, 315x5, 315x5.

USUAL CABLE FLY'S

INCLINE DUMBELL PRESS
70x15 WU, 90x8, 90x8, 90x7. PR right there, the reverse bench press really improved my upper chest strength :)

DECLINE BENCH PRESS
10x225, 10x225, 10x225.

Been doing Push-ups every other day.

I may give a try to the 5x5 workout just look like a challenge...hooaahhh!!!!

MARCH 31st DAY (45)

Im back in the game!! haha. I had a nice week hanging with some fam that I dont see often, got to the gym less than I would have liked but it is what it is. Today I hit chest real hard, switched my workout to FST-7 sooooo pumped to rock this through the rest of my cycle, and after todays first run with it, and I loved it!!! I promise pics by the end of this week. And a weight update thurday morning.

BTW MT2 is the real deal. I've gone tanning a total of 4 times for 12 min each time. I am as tan as I would like to be already. Im now just rocking .3mcg an inject 1 time a week,like i said pics by the end of next week

Hey hockey what are mid-wire flys?

The wire machines, just like dumbell flys but with the wires. Hard to explain, idk if your gym has it, Ill try and post up a pic this week. Or you could google it lol

30 sec in between each set SUCKED, but I loved the pumps and sweating my ass off. Def loving FST-7 so far.

Found some time tonight to take some pics, Ill take them one or 2 more times before end of cycle. Then Ill take one 2-3 months after PCT
