How do you guys SPLIT your 3x a weeks?

For me:

Monday=Legs and Shoulders

Wednesday=Chest and Tris

Friday=Back and BIS



Anyone do anything simliar? Or completely differnent? (As in which muscles you group together?)
 
push day = chest / triceps /front and side delts
leg day = legs lol
pull day = back /bis /rear delts
 
legs - mon
chest/delts/tris - tues
thurs = back/bi

have no idea how you can train with balls out intensity and do legs/delts on monday and then work delts again on wednesday with chest. No way i could do that.

Kinda why I am asking, delts/shoulders kinda get hit EVERY workout. Especially on chest day with Incline bench, and ever back day with pullups ect.

if your delts get a heavy workout during pullups you're doing em wrong. lol

what I'm saying is this. yes you work auxiallry muscles during many exercises. But if you kill heavy shoulders one day, i mean really kill em. You shouldn't be able to kill heavy bench two days later. Even on juice. Not 99% of peopl anyway.

Not saying this to you directly shane, just saying, most people don't realize exactly what it means to go balls out on heavy training. Its not the same as 100 sets of tricep extensions. It means getting under some heavy ass wait and doing your work sets until you almost puke. EVERY TIME.

And most guys don't do that, which is why they can handle all these fucked up routine layouts.

edit - just so were clear, i'm not talking about pros. None of us are or ever will be pros. So its a moot point.
